Crypto Rican Queen, a leading subject matter expert in cryptocurrency, recently visited the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador to discuss crypto education and adoption. She was invited by Dennis Fernando Salinas Bermúdez, a member of the Legislative Assembly, while Miguel and Fernando Gemelo gave the tour. Several youtubers and tik tokers from the country were also there.
During her visit, Crypto Rican Queen met with several deputies, including Sandra Yanira Maritinez, who is in charge of Environment, Christian Reynaldo Guevara Guadrón, Felipe Alfredo Martínez Interiano, Mauricio Edgardo Ortiz Cardona, and José Safie, diputado de Santa Ana. They discussed a variety of topics, including the impact of cryptocurrency on the Salvadoran economy, the challenges and opportunities of adopting Bitcoin as legal tender, the role of the government in promoting financial inclusion, the importance of environmental protection, and the needs of the Santa Ana region. Crypto Rican Queen was impressed by the deputies’ knowledge and passion for these important issues and their beliefs. She believes that this lack of education is a major obstacle to the adoption of cryptocurrency in the country. She also discussed the impact that the lack of technology and literacy has had on the spread of cryptocurrency in El Salvador.
